Residents of Bodong-Bodong Happy to Receive qurban Meat from DT Peduli Metro

DTPEDULI.ORG | METRO – An atmosphere full of joy was evident in the Bodong-Bodong area, Metro, as residents flocked to receive qurban meat from DT Peduli Metro on Thursday (28/5/2026). With gratitude, the community came to receive qurban meat that had been prepared to help meet their families' food needs.

This qurban meat distribution program is part of DT Peduli Metro's efforts to bring happiness to the corners of society in need. Cheerful faces and touched hearts were visible from the beneficiaries who felt helped by the qurban meat distribution.

Head of DT Peduli Metro Aris Setiawan conveyed that qurban is not only about slaughtering animals, but also about bringing care and togetherness within the community.

"Alhamdulillah, this year we are once again able to distribute the qurban trust to the community. May this qurban meat bring blessings and happiness to the residents of Bodong-Bodong and strengthen brotherhood among us," said Aris Setiawan.

DT Peduli Program Staff stated that the enthusiasm of residents became a special spirit for the team in the field to continue spreading benefits.

"We see directly how happy the residents are to receive qurban meat. Hopefully the trust from the pequrban becomes rewards that continue to flow and more people benefit from it," said Royyan Akbar.

Tuti, one of the beneficiaries, expressed her gratitude for the assistance she received. She said that the qurban meat distribution was very meaningful for the surrounding residents.

"Alhamdulillah, I am very happy, we feel cared for and blessed. This qurban meat is very helpful for our family. Thank you to DT Peduli and the donors who have shared, may Allah repay you with blessings and multiplied sustenance," said Tuti with emotion.

Through the Tebar Hewan Qurban program, DT Peduli Metro continues to strive to ensure that the joy of Eid al-Adha can be felt by the wider community, especially residents in need in various areas of Metro and its surroundings.
