
Welcoming the Islamic New Year, DT Peduli Bandung Assists Masjid Nurul Ikhlas Renovation

DTPEDULI.ORG | BANDUNG - Welcoming the arrival of the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijriah, Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli Bandung distributed renovation assistance for Masjid Nurul Ikhlas located in Pejambon, Cirebon Regency, on Saturday (13/06/2026).
The assistance provided was in the form of alderon-type roofing material to support repairs to the mosque's roof section that had suffered damage and leaks during rain. This renovation is expected to increase the comfort of worshippers in performing ibadah, as well as various religious activities at the mosque.
Entang, or affectionately known as Abah Entang, Chairman of the Masjid Nurul Ikhlas Management Board, expressed gratitude and thanks to the donors of DT Peduli Bandung for having participated in helping with the mosque renovation.
"We express our deepest gratitude to the donors and DT Peduli for the assistance provided. May Allah SWT repay every kindness with multiplied rewards and make it an amal jariyah that continues to flow," said Abah Entang.
Meanwhile, Head of DT Peduli Bandung, Zusuf, conveyed that the Muharram momentum became a new spirit to continue bringing benefits to the community after the series of Iduladha programs were completed.
"As we approach the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijriah, DT Peduli strives to continue being a bridge of goodness for the ummah. In addition to the mosque renovation program, in the coming month of Muharram in sha Allah we will endeavor to implement various social programs such as Happy Tours and Shopping with Orphan Friends, assistance and school supplies for orphaned and dhuafa children, educational scholarships, and economic empowerment programs for persons with disabilities," he said.
Through these various programs, DT Peduli Bandung hopes to bring wider benefits to the community, and invite all elements of the ummah to make Muharram a momentum to strengthen care and the spirit of sharing.
