DTPEDULI.ORG | MAKASSAR — Without words yet the happiness of the participants was clearly visible while following the series of Eid Activities for Orphans and Persons with Disabilities on Thursday (25/06/2026). Using sign language, they tried to express their gratitude to Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli South Sulawesi (Sulsel) and the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province that organized the event.

This solemn event became concrete proof that care can transcend all limitations. The Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province, DR. KH. Ali Yafid, S.AG., M.PD.I. in his remarks conveyed a message that deeply touched the hearts of all attendees.

"Helping people with happiness is part of heavenly life. The characteristic of heaven's inhabitants is always helping and spreading goodness," said Ali Yafid.

He also appreciated the great collaboration that was created, as there were 17 Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) including DT Peduli Sulsel actively involved in distributing aid packages to beneficiaries. "May this become a means of goodness and spread happiness," he added.

The atmosphere of the hall became religious and emotional as deaf housewives received Eid packages. Their eyes glistened and they smiled with full gratitude.

Responding to this touching moment, the Head of DT Peduli Sulsel Representative Office, Hasmirah, expressed her gratitude and the organization's commitment to continue accompanying vulnerable groups.

"We at DT Peduli are committed not only to providing assistance, but also to bring dignity and happiness to our brothers and sisters in need. The smiles from the mothers with disabilities and orphans today are fuel for us to continue spreading wider benefits," Hasmirah said with full sincerity.
