Muharram Sharing Hope, DT Peduli South Kalimantan Invites Orphaned Children on a Happy Tour to Amanah Borneo Park

DTPEDULI.ORG | BANJARBARU - In welcoming the month of Muharram 1448 H, Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli South Kalimantan (Kalsel) held a Happy Tourism Activity as part of the Muharram Sharing Hope Program. This activity involved hundreds of orphaned children and dhuafa from the Banjarmasin and Barito Kuala regions. They were invited to visit Amanah Borneo Park, Banjarbaru, on Sunday (12/7/2026).

This event aimed to bring happiness, memorable experiences, and moral support to children in need of attention and affection. In addition to being a recreational activity, this event also served as an educational and spiritual medium and boosted new enthusiasm as the children involved would start the new school year the following day.

The activity began early in the morning with participants departing from two locations, namely Banjarmasin and Barito Kuala. Upon arriving at the tourist site, the children were warmly welcomed by the organizing committee and volunteers.

A total of 30 committee members and facilitators from DT Peduli Kalsel accompanied the activity to ensure it ran safely and smoothly.

The activity began with an opening, Quranic recitation, remarks, a symbolic photo of the presentation of allowances and gifts to participants, followed by various activities ranging from educational tours and outbound activities. The children were invited to enjoy various game facilities that trained agility and togetherness.

After that, participants performed the Zuhr prayer in congregation at a location prepared by the committee, as part of spiritual value development. The activity then continued with lunch together, which added warmth and a spirit of togetherness. At the end of the activity, the committee presented awards for the most disciplined group category first, second, and third place, as well as the most cheerful group category.

Aisyah, representing the participants, expressed her happiness in participating in this activity. "My name is Aisyah, thank you to DT Peduli and donors, fathers and mothers, for inviting us to this Happy Tourism. I'm so happy to be able to participate because there are many toys, and I can gather with friends. Once again thank you, may you all have a long life, may your sustenance be expanded and always be healthy with your families. Aamiin," she said with a cheerful face.

DT Peduli Kalsel hopes to continue to accompany them in growth and development that is better, meaningful, and happy.
