Breaking Through Extreme Routes, DT Peduli Sulsel Brings First Qurban Joy to Bonto-Bonto Hamlet, Remote Maros Regency

DTPEDULI.ORG | MAROS – The National Zakat Management Institution (Laznas) Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli South Sulawesi (Sulsel) successfully distributed qurban animals to the most remote areas in Maros Regency, specifically in Bonto-Bonto Hamlet, Bonto Somba Village, Tompobulu District. This emotionally moving activity was carried out on the first day of Tasyrik, Thursday, (28/05/2026), becoming a historic moment for local residents who finally could experience qurban worship again after a two-year absence. Bonto Somba Village is the most remote geographical area in Maros Regency. The northern part of this village directly borders Tombolo Pao District (Gowa Regency), while its eastern side borders Bonto Cani District (Bone Regency).
