DTPEDULI.ORG | DTPEDULI.ORG | BANDUNG – Amid limited access to healthcare services faced by Palestinian refugees at Joufa Camp, Jordan, the Health Clinic continues to provide medical services to the community since its activation in 2023. DT Peduli channels assistance for various health clinic facilities managed by the Islamic Center Charity Society (ICCS).

Nanang Abdul Azis, Manager of DT Ready Community Service Institute (LPM) DT Peduli, explained that DT Peduli provides assistance in the form of procurement of patient beds, patient waiting areas, 3D machines for pregnancy checks, and others. This clinic provides various healthcare services to meet the basic needs of refugees, ranging from dental examinations to maternal and child health services.

"DT Peduli as one of the strategic partners of the Kingdom of Jordan, and also directly partnering with NGOs in Jordan, ICCS, has been cooperating since 2018 to support the needs of the Palestinian community in camps managed by ICCS, one of which is the Health Clinic," explained Nanang, Monday (29/6/2026).

"So this is an examination place. If there are patients who want to have their teeth checked, they can come here," he said.

In addition to the dental clinic, there are also child health services and a women's clinic. The clinic provides pregnancy examinations, ultrasound (USG) services, and women's health consultations.

"In this room, it is usually used for examining pregnant mothers, for USG checks and so on. Then here there is a medicine cabinet," said the volunteer while showing the available facilities.

The clinic also has a laboratory used for various supporting examinations, such as blood tests. Various medical equipment has been prepared to support services to the community. "A laboratory is also provided for blood checks and so on. The available equipment is quite extensive and varied," he said.

"Let us continue to support and encourage. Hopefully this health clinic can be beneficial, providing convenience for our Palestinian brothers and sisters in this refugee camp. Thank you to those who have contributed. Barakallahu fiikum," he concluded.
