Bringing Joy in Muharram Month, DT Peduli Cirebon Invites Orphaned Children for a Happy Tour to Woodland Kuningan

DTPEDULI.ORG | CIREBON — In celebration of Muharram 1448 H, Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli Cirebon invited orphaned children to participate in the Muharram Program Sharing Hope with Happy Tour, held on Thursday (9/7/2026), at Woodland Kuningan.

This program is a manifestation of DT Peduli Cirebon's care to bring happiness while providing valuable experiences for orphaned children through recreational activities filled with educational values, togetherness, and compassion.

Head of DT Peduli Cirebon Office, Luqmanul Hakim, conveyed that the Happy Tour activity is an effort to create memorable moments for orphaned children in the month of Muharram.

"Today we visited one of the tourist attractions in the Kuningan area, namely Woodland. We play here, have fun, and enjoy some of the available rides. Hopefully, the children can experience happiness and have a fun experience together," he said.

During the activity, children participated in various activities that had been prepared, ranging from listening to inspirational stories, playing games, swimming to enjoying selected rides such as Flying Fox, Mini Roller Coaster, and Rainbow Slide. An atmosphere full of laughter and enthusiasm colored every series of activities.

This joy was felt directly by the participants. Annisa, one of the orphaned children, admitted that she was very happy to participate in the activities organized by DT Peduli Cirebon.

"My name is Annisa. After playing Flying Fox, the activity was really fun. Earlier I also listened to stories, recited prayers, recited Qur'anic verses, and played games. Thank you DT Peduli and thank you to the DT Peduli donors," she said.

Kayla expressed similar sentiments, eager to enjoy the entire series of events. "My name is Kayla. Today was so much fun. Later I want to swim, earlier I finished playing the Rainbow Slide ride. Thank you DT Peduli, may you have abundant blessings," she said.

After enjoying various tourist activities, the event was closed with mushafahah, distribution of assistance, and gifts to all orphaned children as a form of care and compassion for them in the month of Muharram.

On that occasion, Luqmanul Hakim also expressed appreciation to all parties who had supported the implementation of this activity.

"We express our gratitude to the donors, partners, and volunteer friends for their contributions. Alhamdulillah, in the momentum of Muharram this month we can invite our orphaned friends to together experience joy, happiness, and experiences that they may rarely feel. Hopefully everything that is given becomes reward and amal jariyah for all those involved. In sya Allah Allah SWT will repay every good deed with a reward multiplied many times over," he said.

Through this program, DT Peduli Cirebon hopes to continue creating space for orphaned children to feel attention, compassion, and experiences that build confidence and happiness. This program is also proof that collaboration between donors, partners, and volunteers is able to bring real benefits to those in need.
