DT Peduli Sumsel Distributes Peduli Yatim Program Assistance to Qori, Victim of Robbery and Violence

DTPEDULI.ORG | PALEMBANG - Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli South Sumatra (Sumsel) distributed assistance through the Program Peduli Yatim to Qori, an orphaned child who became a victim of robbery with violence. The assistance was distributed on Tuesday (18/8/2026) at the residence of Qori's grandfather, Jalan Gersik, Lorong Amal Muslim, Kemuning District, Palembang City. The robbery incident occurred when Qori left home. At that time, his mobile phone was snatched by two unknown individuals using a motorcycle. In the incident, Qori also experienced violence resulting in a stab wound to the head and abrasions on several parts of his body. Due to the injuries he sustained, Qori had to undergo treatment at Hermina Hospital Palembang. This condition also caught the attention of DT Peduli Sumsel to come and provide support and assistance. Through the Program Peduli Yatim, DT Peduli Sumsel distributed goodness from donors to help ease the burden faced by Qori, while also providing support during his recovery process. The assistance was distributed by Ahmad as Staff of Distribution at DT Peduli Sumsel. Qori expressed his gratitude to the donors who had shown attention and care to him. "I would like to thank the donors of DT Peduli who have cared for me. May Allah reward all of you with even better rewards for the wealth given to me," said Qori. Through this distribution, DT Peduli Sumsel hopes that the assistance provided can benefit Qori and become a form of care from donors to orphaned children facing difficult circumstances.
