DT Peduli Bandung Holds Muharram Berbagi Harapan with Happy Tour for Orphaned Children at Trans Studio

DTPEDULI.ORG | BANDUNG - In the spirit of celebrating the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijriah, Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli Bandung brought joy to orphaned children through the Happy Tour Program. They were invited to enjoy various rides at Trans Studio Bandung, Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto No. 289, Bandung City, on Wednesday (8/7/2026).

Participants in this activity were orphaned children under the care of DT Peduli Bandung from Cimahi, West Bandung Regency, South Bandung, and East Bandung. They enthusiastically enjoyed various rides, joked together, and experienced recreational activities that they rarely get to enjoy.

This program is part of the Muharram Sharing Hope series, the main theme of DT Peduli Bandung's Muharram program in the year 1448 Hijriah. Through this theme, DT Peduli Bandung invites the community to bring hope to orphaned children, dhuafa, and people with disabilities through various impactful care programs.

Different from typical Muharram activities that are synonymous with aid distribution and communal meals, this time DT Peduli Bandung invited children to enjoy educational and recreational tourism. In addition to playing with full joy, they also received communal meals, gift packages, and aid as a form of affection and attention from donors.

Head of DT Peduli Bandung Branch, Muchamat Zusuf, stated that Happy Tour is one of the flagship programs in the Muharram Sharing Hope series.

"Muharram is a momentum to share hope with those in need. Through Happy Tour, we want to bring smiles, spirit, and joyful experiences to orphaned children. They not only need material assistance, but also attention, affection, and the opportunity to experience happiness like other children," said Muchamat Zusuf.

He explained that previously DT Peduli Bandung had held joint prayers with orphaned children on 1 Muharram as well as various social activities and aid distribution on 10 Muharram.

Anisa, one of the activity participants, shared her impressions. "It was so much fun, I was tired but still wanted to play more. It was really scary when I went to the other world ride, I even cried a little. Thank you DT Peduli, I was able to ride many rides, I hope DT Peduli and the donors are always blessed, and may their sustenance be repaid with something better, aamiin," she said.

All of these program series are a concrete manifestation of the trust from donors who have entrusted their zakat, infaq, sedekah, and donations through DT Peduli Bandung.

Through the Muharram Sharing Hope Program, DT Peduli Bandung hopes that more orphaned children, dhuafa families, and people with disabilities will experience benefits, happiness, and growing hope to face a better future. The spirit of sharing in the month of Muharram is expected to continue strengthening care and social solidarity within the community.
