Every month, Allah entrusts us with sustenance through the salary we receive. There is a sense of relief when our needs are met, and gratitude when our hard work finally bears fruit. Yet behind that sustenance, there is always room to ask ourselves: has a portion of this trust been channeled back into acts of kindness?

Because a salary isn’t just about the numbers deposited into our bank accounts. It can also bring a smile to the faces of those who are struggling, provide food for the hungry, offer aid to families in remote parts of the country, and even become a source of hope for our brothers and sisters in Gaza, Palestine.
